Auspex is released as an open OSINT research platform. Third-party feeds (GDELT, UCDP, ACLED, OpenSanctions, AIS Stream and others) remain the property of their respective owners and are ingested under each provider's Terms of Service. Auspex neither claims nor extends ownership over the underlying data.
Redistribution, forking, and modification of the source code are permitted under the project licence. Redistribution of AI-generated briefings and magazines is permitted for non-commercial research, provided the "Auspex" attribution is preserved.

If you believe that content displayed by Auspex — a briefing paragraph, a translated news snippet, an embedded image URL, a Telegram excerpt — infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to the address listed in the "Contacts" section below.
A valid notice must include: (1) identification of the allegedly infringing material with a permanent link, (2) identification of the original work you own, (3) your contact details, and (4) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised.
